Yes, we know Passover really starts at sundown on Wednesday the 16th. But most of you either aren't Jewish, or don't live on this side of the hill. And we don't expect you to drive here for any kind of social event in the middle of the work week -- let alone a quasi-religious service.
And to the handful of you Jewish smartypants who know that our party can't really be called a "seder" because it's happening on the third day of the holiday (see things to know about our seder) , we say: you don't fool us. You know damned well you'll come for the food.
